Description
The HS1105G is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for GPS/Beidou/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass applications. Output matching components are integrated inside the device. Only one external input matching inductor is required. A power down mode was controlled by the enable logic signal. It can deliver 20dB Gain with a superior noise figure (NF) of 0.45dB.The HS1105G is manufactured in a compact, 6- pin 1.0 x 1.5 x 0.55 mm package. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin configuration and package are shown in Figure 2.
