Description
The HS8792A is a Silicon On Insulator (SOI) double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) switch. It is designed for diversity antenna switching applications which requires very low insertion loss, high isolation and high linearity performance. It can also be used for simultaneous voice and LTE system applications.
The HS8792A is controlled by a single bit control interface . No need for external DC blocking capacitors unless DC is applied externally. The HS8792A is manufactured in a compact, 12- pin 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.55 mm package. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin configuration and package are shown in Figure 2.
