Product Description

The HS8023-12 is a Quad Band CMOS GSM/GPRS Transmit Module with two RX ports, also with a hybrid, multi-band multi-chip RF front-end (RFFE) module supporting cellular LTE Cat NB1 (half-duplex system) transceiver platforms. This front end module integrates high performance CMOS PAs with controller, a low insertion loss SP8T,and ESD filter. This module integrates the entire FEM necessary for LTE multi-band radio operating in low-band B5/B8/B12/B13/B17/B18/B19/B20/B26/B28 and mid-bandB1/B2/B3 and

B4/B25/B66 (AWS) frequencies, including broadband GaAs PA with bias controller, Tx low-pass harmonic filter, antenna switch, and MIPI RFFE controller.Internal 50Ω matching, and harmonic filtering circuitintegrated on-chip for GSM/GPRS and NB-IOTeliminating theneeded for external components, simplifying layout andreducing board space.The devices packaged in asmall LGA package (5mm x8mm x 0.82mm).
