Product Description
HS8325-31 Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is a fully matched 10-pad surface mount module developed for NB-IOT application. This small and efficient module covers 824-915 MHz bandwidth operation with a single compact package. Due to ultra high efficiency and ultra low VBAT voltage, the HS8325-31extend working-time greatly. The HS8325-31 meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of NB-IOT. An integrated directional coupler eliminates the need for any external coupler.
