Product Description
HS8403 Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is a fully matched 10-pad surface mount module developed for LTE applications. This small and efficient module covers 1710-1785 MHz bandwidth operation with a single compact package. Due to high efficiency attained throughout the entire power range with APT operation, the HS8403 extend talk-time greatly. An integrated directional coupler eliminates the need for any external coupler.
