Product Description
The HS8692 is a Quad Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and TD-SCDMA Multi-Mode Transmit Module with six TRX ports. The front end module integrates high performance LB and HB PAs, a low insertion loss SP8T, a CMOS controller and ESD filter. Internal 50Ω matching, and harmonic filtering circuit are integrated on-chip eliminating the needed for external components, simplifying layout and reducing board space. The device is packaged in a small LGA package (6mm x 6mm x 0.9mm).
