Functional Block Diagram
Product Description
The HS8684E is a Quad Band GSM/GPRS Multi-Mode Transmit Module with four TRX ports. The front end module integrates high performance CMOS PA and controller block, a low insertion loss SP6T switch and ESD filter. Internal 50Ω matching, and harmonic filtering circuit are integrated on-chip eliminating the needed for external components, simplifying layout and reducing board space. The device is packaged in a small LGA package (6mm x 6mm x 0.83mm).
