Conflict-free Mineral Commitment

Beijing OnMicro Electronics Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies Hong Kong OnMicro Electronics Co., Ltd., Guangzhou OnMicro Electronics Co., Ltd., Shanghai Angzhao Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen OnMicro Electronics Co., Ltd. do not support, accept or use the metal, so-called "conflict minerals", from the armed conflict and illegal mining in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding countries and regions it belongs to.


On the basis of compliance with U.S. law (Chapter 1502 of Dodd Frank act) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulations on conflict minerals disclosure, in accordance with the due diligence framework guidelines of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), OnMicro Electronics uses the due diligence tools of Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) to conduct due diligence on suppliers whether the products contain gold, tantalum, tin, tungsten, cobalt and other metals, and confirm that these metals are not from the "conflict mining area".
